The current Glen Ridge Administrator is Bob Kremer. The Property Administrator oversees and is responsible for the administration and physical operations of the property. He assures that home purchases are properly executed through the oversight of the Cooperative, provides the financial management of operations, assures adequate cleanliness of buildings and grounds, and maintains the preventive maintenance programs to ensure preservation, safety, and upkeep of all buildings and equipment. He is responsible for the employment of qualified, competent personnel (including the office secretary) and the establishment of good resident relations. He is also responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with Glen Ridge committees and it’s Executive Board.
